Can you tell us about your role as Director at Knight Frank Interiors?

From team meetings, conducting site visits of our latest New Homes developments, there is never a dull moment working at Knight Frank Interiors! With our scope of services ranging from Design-Led Turnkey Furnishings for a variety of developments to Luxury Interiors & Show Homes across boroughs of London and our Signature Interior Architecture & Design service provided in association with Accouter, completing a portfolio of bespoke schemes including the award-winning Chelsea Waterfront. I feel very lucky to work with some incredibly interesting clients from all parts of the globe. Plus, networking with future developers on our furniture packages which have been featured across top London developments! This coupled with our truly gifted Design team makes my day-to-day role continuously varied and inspirational.

What attracted you to working for Knight Frank Interiors?

I've always been incredibly passionate and proud to be able to offer a variety of services through working for Knight Frank Interiors. Providing a wide range of services means we instantaneously suit an array of clients and their needs, giving them flexibility and allowing us to meet their vision. 

Since the return to our new normal working environment, we have been busy working on some very exciting projects across new developments in Central London, including one we recently completed which was a penthouse at Lincoln Square for a private client. I can’t wait to start my latest project for another private client who has just completed on a truly unique and stunning one-bedroom penthouse at 35 Old Queen Street.

In the secondary market, the onward success of our ‘Dress for Sale’ offering continues, with two great new projects completed; Chepstow Road and Caron’s Place. I am looking forward to our next project, Caroline House which we are due to dress in the coming weeks.

What can we expect from The Perspective?

The Perspective will offer our readers a further insight to our amazing team and our day-to day-roles, whether that means a behind-the-scenes with Chloe , one of our designers or a project update from our Associate Designer, Esra on our Dubai Royal Atlantis project. Expect updates on our projects, what is hot and what is not, as well as some interior tips from our very own talented Interior Design team.

How has Knight Frank Interiors overcome Covid-19? 

Thankfully, Knight Frank Interiors are very well set up in terms of remote working. We spend a lot of time on-site and working out of the office, therefore, our infrastructure was already in place for working from home.

In regards to our projects, we are now fully back on the road, with extra precautions taken for our Sales, Design and Logistics teams, it is very much business as usual but with a little more care.

What next for Knight Frank Interiors? 

We have lots of new projects in the pipeline which we can’t wait to share with you. We also have our new Lookbook, launching soon with a big focus on our sustainability promise and most recent Luxury Interiors & Show Homes portfolios 

Finally, not forgetting the marvel that is The Royal Atlantis Residences show apartment, Dubai, in collaboration with Accouter.
