Located minutes away from City London you will find The Denizen, a sophisticated collection of apartments, offering elegant interiors, an abundance of amenities and tranquil outdoor retreats. Our team created a bespoke marketing suite for the premium development reflecting the Brutalist architecture of the infamous Barbican area.

When designing the marketing suite at The Denizen, we were strongly influenced by the heritage of the area as well as the cultured, cosmopolitan residents who reside in and around the Barbican. We wanted to stay true to the brutalist, industrial look but pull on recent and prominent artists and exhibitions from The Barbican to make it a welcoming space with a strong identity, just like the development itself. Ideally located in close proximity to Silicon Roundabout as well as the city and Clerkenwell, we worked closely with Taylor Wimpey to design an area which appealed to a very diverse crowd, while catering to the various needs of the sales team.

On entering the bespoke marketing suite, you are greeted with the untouched architectural elements of the building of exposed beams, industrial pillars, raw brickwork and a polished concrete floor. Within the vast open room our designers carefully positioned the furniture to accommodate a number of different clients at the same time. A bespoke double-sided TV Joinery is carefully positioned to make the waiting area its own private space. A vibrant emerald coloured sofa, sitting adjacent to two elegant curved mustard feature chairs compliment the raw look of the space, creating the ultimate industrial luxe aesthetic. Our designers continued to take elements of raw materials as seen in the leather upholstered furniture and the bespoke wooden branded desks.

Artistic accents, inspired by the areas cultural heritage are carefully placed within the arches of the room framing the artwork as if it was in a gallery. Accessories were incorporated into the space to add a homely touch, including coffee table books, luscious plants and shelves with trinkets.

It doesn’t stop there for Knight Frank Interiors, keep your eyes peeled for more exclusives from The Denizen coming soon.
